Google Talk is actually a free phone service — did you know?

I didn’t.

Until a potential client told me today and mentioned that I should call them on Google Talk. So, I went ahead and downloaded the free phone software application which I thought was a chatting client. Well, guess what?

The quality was REALLY poor between here in Korea and Canada. So, I had to get my client to talk on Skype which was so much more clear! So, I’m officially giving the service a “thumbs down” for being a free phone service, BUT for FREE, it’s not bad!
